To set up or change your payment frequency, just follow the simple steps below:
- Log in to your Customer Portal
- Click on the "Policies" tab. From the dropdown list, select "View My Policies".
- On the policy which you would like to change the payment frequency, click on the "Details" tab.
- Under “Premium Billing Details”, look for “Frequency” under "Total Payment". Click on "Change" and choose your preferred payment frequency and complete the requirements.
Zurich Life Singapore policy owner:
For monthly frequency, only GIRO payment mode is applicable. You may wish to submit the Interbank GIRO Application Form (Zurich Life Singapore policies) to effect the change.
