For Singapore Life policies, you may do so by logging into your online portal.
1. Log in to your customer portal at https://online.singlife.com
2. Click on the "Policies" tab. From the dropdown list, select "View My Policies"
3. On the policy which you would like to change the payment method, click on the "Details" tab
4. Under "Payment Method", click on "Change"
5. Click on “New GIRO Account”
6. Complete the empty fields
7. Click “Add bank account”
8. A successful message will pop up
9. Click the link below the pop out message to download the completed GIRO form
10. Print out the GIRO form and post the form to Singapore Life for processing. You may download the Business Reply Envelope here.
