For Apple Watch and iPhone users:
Apple users would need to open the Human API app installed on their phones to manually log the data into our portal.
For all other devices:
The application checks in with your device cloud about every 10 minutes to see if you have synced any new steps with your device. When there are any new updates, it will be reflected in the portal. The time stamp of the last update will be shown on the activity tracker portal.
The activity tracker programme is currently available only for customers with new Singapore Life policies. Customers with Zurich Life Singapore policies will not be able to link their policies with this programme at the moment. We will share updates once this feature is made available.
