Step 1: Login to the Customer Portal and select "View Activity Tracker"
Step 2: Read and accept the terms and conditions for usage of the Activity Tracker
Step 3: You will see a quick introduction to how the Activity Tracker works
Step 4: Click on "Manage Data Sources" to choose your preferred steps counter
Step 5: Select your preferred steps counter app to sync with the Activity Tracker
- If you are using an iPhone and would like to use your Apple Health app, you would need the Human API app to sync with the Activity Tracker. Please see our detailed set-up guide for Apple Health
- If you are using an Android phone (e.g. Samsung, Huawei, etc.) for tracking, and may download other fitness apps (like Google Fit or Moves) that are supported to track your steps
Step 6: Once your device has been successfully linked with the Activity Tracker, you will be able to view your device under "Data Sources"

Please note: Every fitness app has different data synchronizing timing. For example, Fitbit is able to sync the data at any time, whereas other apps may only do it once a day. SingLife Activity Tracker refreshes its data hourly.
